At the top right there is a description of him: "Paolo Francesco Cigalini physicist (doctor / physician) collegiate, son of Marco, jurors collegiate consultant (lawyer) at the age of 75; he died in the year 1630". In his hand he has a letter: "Most excellent archiatrist (doctor) domino Francesco Cigalini -Como.
